| Due to the very low water in Vedder/Sumas river a lot of salmon is waiting at the mouth of the river. The best time to fish is at the high tide in early morning or late everning. Both spinners and spoons work well. You can either troll or drift & cast.
You will need a boat to effectivelly present the lure, but you can also try bar fishing from Mcdonald Landing Bar or Farmer's Bar. Access to the canal from the side of Vedder is very difficult.
Tight lines and sharp hooks!
